Can i get my baby christened with an extra middle name that is not on her birth certificate. ?

We have had our little girl gracie's birth registared but my partners grandad wants us to include his late mothers name when we get gracie christened. We are more than happy to do this but are unsure if we can do this? can anyone advise us?
