Virgin Mobile LG Rumor Touch not receiving AT&T texts?

I activated my Rumor Touch on Friday morning and have been able to receive texts from all my friends except those using AT&T. I find that strange because I used to have VM about a year ago and received them just fine. The AT&T friends are getting my texts but I can't get theirs and it sucks because most of my friends use AT&T. I called CS and they keep giving me the run around about 1-3 days and someone will try to fix it. It doesn't sound promising. I ume it's not my phone because I am receiving text messages from every other provider. I decided to change my number to see if it was an issue with the line and that did not do it. Tried every idea under the sun and I'm getting so sick of it. I am also having problems sending or receiving picture messages and uploading to MyPix. Ohh, and also, YouTube isn't working. Is anyone else having the text messaging issue I am? I don't know how much longer I want to try dealing with it.
