Is she worth pursuing?

ok here goes; I met a girl through a mutual friend of ours about a month ago, she is great! everything i'm looking for, she is an intellectual, confident, mellow and very funny. We have a ridiculous amount of things in common, from family background, to politics, to sense of humor, to disposition. She just got out of a relationship with a guy she was with for 3 months, we recently started hanging out together and we really hit if off, we have even kissed and hold hands, we have been hanging around alot together over the past week or so. i'm worried that it may be too soon to try and date her, how can i ure her that i'm worth dating so soon after a break up? I don't want to be a rebound, I want to give her space so she can make a decision but I dont want to seem stand-offish? any ideas?
