Creatinine levels - Probation Violation?

I'm guessing his probation means he shouldn't be drinking at all; therefore, if you know he "hadn't been drinking for a week before the test," he had been drinking, therefore is in violation of his parole and needs to do the time. Don't bother fighting, you won't win.
