My husband is in the army and is being deployed. He was tested for HIV 10 days ago. Does anyone know how long ?

it takes to get the results back? His AKO says green light and the date upon which he gets retested keeps changing because the results have no been reported yet. Some people say just a couple of days and others 2 weeks. Do you think we would know already if something were wrong?
