Removing smell from car?

I was stupid and didn't empty out the dirty water from my carpet shampooer before I put it in my car, and on the ride home it tipped over. I tried soaking up as much of the water as possible with a towel, but my car still reeks of concentrated cat odor (pee, vomit, etc.). I've tried spraying it with a mixture of water and vinegar, and I took it to the local car vacuum place and vacuumed it out, but nothing is working. With the water all seeped into the seats, how can I get rid of the nasty odor? I can't afford to take it to a professional to have it cleaned out.
