Were you disappointed they killed off Denny on Grey's?

YES I WAS!...in this day of creativity on television, they could have kept him and came up with a storyline that would have allowed Izzy to still become a doctor and be in a loving relationship with Denny, who could have had some miraculous change in his health...I liked seeing her happy and in love...it's hard to see her the way she is now....
