Does anybody know if you get drug tested at Preliminary inquiry in Kentucky?

Even if they did test you, which seems unlikely seeing as the charge is not drug-related, they couldn't do anything about it. Possession of drugs is a crime. Having used them in the past is not. Otherwise lots more people would have criminal records.
