Does anyone have direct info Re: fast food drive-thru negligence????

It kind of seems like a lost cause to me. your panger should have checked to see if it was secure. The fast food industry can't be held reliable for every little thing.how do they know she didn't tip the tray a little. you know. I'm not taking sides but i dont think you have a case to make. next time be more careful. the drive thru doesnt have time to make sure everything is perfect otherwise it wouldn't be fast food. sorry about your friend though.
