How do I get out of Orchid Bay?

Okay, so I'm on Fusionfall, and I saw this frog that I thought was named Orchid Bay. There was a warp on, so being curious, I clicked it. Now I'm stuck here with all the enemies killing me with two shots, and Sector V (where I'm supposed to go to) is so far away! The Monkey Sky people only take you to places in Orchid Bay, so how on earth do I get out of here?!
