Someone that understands!!! I want to know how to get out of my bad habit also. I went for about 2 weeks of staying up til 4 and getting up at 9ish to go work outside. And now when I stay up late I feel nothing but insanely tired in the morning and sleeping til like 2. And I have school coming up in a little while. I need some help, I'm sorry this isn't an answer I'm really not doing this for the points or anything but I REALLY need an answer so PLEASE someone come up with an answer.
