Questions regarding stopping charges on my debit card after a trial payment when no tel. # listed anywhere.?

I got suckered into buying a stop smoking gadget for $4.95 and less then 10 days later they ran a $149.90 charge on my bank account. I never saw any fine print allowing you to unsubscribe before future payments were due nor did I get any e-mails about them charging me for the subscription to their product. They even have a return/refund policy if within ten days of the initial payment of $4.95. I went to the bank and told them it was unauthorized and they submitted a claim for me for the $149.90. I even looked at their web sight and there is no mention of being able to unsubscribe. I've yet to be able to contact them by phone because they put you on hold forever and I couldn't hold any longer today. The company is ECIG4FREE located in Phoenix, AZ. Anyone help me with this?
