Was this just business or did she actually like me?

Well i was walking through the shops today and this really good looking girl stopped me and she was promoting beauty mineral. I was kinda shy cos she was very pretty and outspoken and nice. She laughed a lot at some things i said and sometimes she would have eyes locked on mine smiling. I told her before that i didnt have much as to spend, and she applied a sample of cream on me. At the end she said that she can give me a special deal. I felt horrible for saying no from her offer because i was previously buying other cheaper things and basically i was not interested in buying the product. I told her sorry but she seemed to completely understand. She did not change her mood and she was still flirting with me. She said nextime you see me say hi. So wat does this mean? Is this a business thing, attracting customers or does she possibly like me?
