Why are they having the somalian call of prayer in MN public library's what the hell am I living in Somalia?

I was in my local library in Eden Prairie, MN or Somalia now I guess. The somalian call of prayer went over the speaker and all the somalians got up and started praying in the local library what the hell is going on this country.
