CU Boulder vs. CSU vs. School of Mines?

I'm looking at colleges and three seem to really stick out. CU Boulder, CSU, and The Colorado School of Mines. I'm going to study to be either a civil engineer or an Aerospace engineer. Which schools are better for which major. Any other details making one school better than another would also be helpful.
