Is this too much workout for me?

Just make sure that you let your upper and lower muscles rest 48hrs after you do each one. It seems to me like your muscle building schedule is good. I would just be careful on how much cardio. Maybe you should do cardio every other day considering that you have soccer practice everyday. But it seems to me like this is a very healthy workout. Also, yes your muscles do grow when they rest. You tear them down when you are working out and then your body rebuilds them up stronger while you rest.
