I cant decide what to do to adopt her or not ?

a breeding friend of myne recently had a litter of miniture jack russel puppys , there are 4 pupz in the litter , 3 are fine the runt however was born with a deformed foot her leg itself seems fine her joints ect but she only has the pad of the foot and no toes if that makes sense she has been vet checked and ped all her tests with flying colours , but noone wants her ppl come ppl go all the other puppys are reserved i feel for her i really do my friend cant keep her as she has many adult pairs , all the vet said was that she may need her leg removed in the future , my hubby and kids want to adopt her but im jus not so shure we already have another dog who has a few disabiltys and i love him to death dont get me wrong i just think there being swept away by the whole disablity issue and arent properly thinking of the implications of having this dog so im just looking for others ppls opions or do u have a dog with a similar birth defect ? thanks in advance , ps sorry for any errors im in a rush !:O)
